Warranty

Z-Man Construction provides a five year labor and workmanship warranty. This protects the customer from shingles being blown off due to weather conditions as rated by manufactures specifications for the particular shingles installed. Z-Man construction will replace these shingles at no cost to the customer. If the roof leaks due to issues with workmanship or improper installation we will have the problem resolved within a reasonable time frame (usually two days after notification or less).

Our personal guarantee is to provide a pleasant, trustworthy, professional service to our clients. We will maintain the ethical standards put forth as a member of the Better Business Bureau of Central Ohio. Our goal is to lead the roofing industry by training, educating and installing with best products and labor for the benefit of our clients.

We perform all roofs installations according to the manufacturer specifications. This will assure that you receive the full warranty for your investment. The complete tear off of your old roof is also a requirement from most shingle manufacturers in order to receive your full warranty for the product being used. It is recommended that all warranty information be read by the homeowner prior to job installation for a complete understanding terms and conditions.
